KAJUKIDO

In January, the Excel Martial Arts School celebrated the advancement of the following Kajukido students:   Sebastian, John, Stephen, Kate, Brock, Lou, Tyler, Christine, John, Mitchell, Ian and Wanda.  A special congratulation goes to Mr. Jeff Nield who was promoted to Black Belt in the Art of Kajukido.  Mr. Nield is only the 6th Black Belt in the history of Kajukido. 

CONGRATULATIONS!

The families at Excel Martial Arts School would like to give thumbs up to the mother of Travis Marshall, one of the school’s Black Belt students.  Mrs. Terri Marshall won first place overall winner in a photo contest held by the Association of Connecticut Fairs for her photo of “Horses” taken at the Bethlehem Fair This year.  Mrs. Marshall stated that this inspired her to publish a book of her photo’s.  We will keep our eyes open for this release.  We would like to congratulate her and wish her success with her book. 

TEAM EXCEL

Finally, the competition team at Excel competed in its first IPPONE tournament of the year held in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.  All the competitors did well.  Photos of the tournament can be seen on the Excel Martial Arts School website: www.excelmartialarts.us
